Katedra matematiky VŠPJ se v roce 2023 začala podílet na jednom projektu mezinárodního visegradského fondu. Aktuálně katedra projekt Mezinárodního visegrádského fondu řeší.

1. Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries


The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.

Annotation:

"Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries" is an international project prepared by Partners from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary which received funding from the International Visegrad Fund.

The aim of the project is to identify and compare the characteristics of organic food consumers, their purchasing decisions and behaviors in the region of the Visegrad Group countries. Project consortium, including University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poznan University of Life Sciences, College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Czech Republic), Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (Czech Republic), University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (Hungary), will perform joint research, presentation of the results obtained and the exchange of knowledge in the form of open lectures.

The project will provide support to the organic food market in the region by collecting, disseminating and presenting the results obtained on the consumption of organic food products among V4 consumers.

The project “Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries” has started on October 1st, 2023 and will last 18 months.

The total amount of the grant is EUR 35,689.

Information about meeting:

On November 17-19, 2023, at the University of Life Sciences in Poznan took place a meeting of the working group of the project "Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries" the implementation of which is financed by the Visegrad Fund.

Aim of meeting:

The aim of the meeting is to discuss current issues related to the initiation of research on identifying and comparing the characteristics of organic food consumers, their purchasing decisions, and behaviour in the region of the Visegrad Group countries.

The project consortium includes the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, the College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Czech Republic), the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (Czech Republic), the University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia) and the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (Hungary).
